REFUND POLICY

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for funds added to Fantasy Battle account. However, these funds can be used to participate in games or challenges hosted by our website. Please note that once an exchange is confirmed, it cannot be canceled by the client.

There is an excelption, though. Users can request a refund at Fantasy Battle's sole discretion if they meet the following criteria:

  • The client uses the registered email address to submit a written refund request to Fantasy Battle.
  • The refund request is received at least two days prior to the commencement of the round for which the payment is intended. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the inability to provide a refund.
  • Please be aware that Fantasy Battle reserves the right to limit the refund amount after deducting applicable fees and expenses based on its sole and thorough evaluation.

 The refund processing may take up to 5-7 business days.

During the exchange process, Users should also consider any additional agreements that govern the exchange. In cases where these additional agreements conflict with Fantasy Battle's provisions, the additional agreements will take precedence. These refund limits apply only to the funds used to join challenges and will be credited to the client's source account on Fantasy Battle.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as an error, a canceled event, or an act of nature, only the joining fee will be refunded, and position-based winnings will not be considered.
